16. You have a bag with one white ball, six red balls, eight green balls, three purple balls. In lowest term, what is the ratio of red balls to the whole bag of balls?

In this question i forgot to put the numbers in lowest term. I put 6:18 and the answer is 1:3.

3. A normal deck of playing cards has 52 cards in four suits(clubs, diamond, hearts, and spades) or 13 cards each. Two of the suits are black and two if the suits are red. The ratio of the red cards to the whole deck is ?
a) 1:1 b) 1:2 c) 2:3 d) 2:4
