Fraction Growing Post

Part One
I cant get the my text book up so i decided to just make my own

Part Two
I'm supposed to show fraction x fraction , mixed number x fraction and mixed number times mixed number

fraction x fraction
5/6 x 4/5
- all you do is multiply numerator by numerator then denominator x denominator
- that gives you 20/30
- DO NOT FORGET TO SIMPLIFY
- so it would be 2/3

mixed number x fraction
11/4 x 3/4
-
make mixed number to improper
- multiply numerator by numerator and denominator by denominator
- so its 6/4 x 3/4 = 18/16

mixed number x mixed number
21/4 x 12/4
- make both of them improper
- so its 9/4 x 6/4
- and just
multiply numerator by numerator and denominator by denominator
- so it equals 54/16
- then make that into a mixed
- so count how many times 16 goes into 54 , then thats your whole and you subtract the product of how times it goes in x denominator , and your remainders are your part

Part three
now in this part , we were given fraction we did and here they are

11/2 divided by 3/4
- first you have to make the lcd ( lowest common denominator )
- so now its 12/4 x 3/4 = 2

3/4 divided by 1/2
- make lowest common denominator so now its
- 3/4 divided by 2/4 = 11/2
